Again, I really like the flowing hair it makes a drawing seem les stif and rigid. But his right arm is a little too small for his overall body size. I would observe the anime male body and see how big the arm is to the side. Tracing helps get the feel of it. It's OK to trace as long as you don't claim it as your own work or submit it as your own work.
He looks evil overall, but maybe making him smirk would give it that final touch of hatred and mischevious.
Sorry for all of the critisism, I like the drawing a lot. I'm just giving you advice for the future. ^-^
