The logo of "The Dystopian Legend," a recent idea spun off of The Utopian Legend. The story takes place almost two decades after the events of TUL, but the setting is primarily in a parallel world called Dystopia.

Dystopia could be considered in many aspects the complete opposite of Utopia. Dystopia has never seen peace, and for several years the Legends have been warring to take control of the world. As a result, many have been injured and/or killed, Dystopian and Legend alike.

There have been fairy tales of a peaceful paradise that have spread throughout the world for years, but they have been dismissed as just that: fairy tales. A young individual by the name of Fresco Potter has heard of these stories from his grandfather, who has been unusually optimistic about the possibility that one day he may see such a paradise in Dystopia. Fresco couldn't see how peace and tranquility could exist in their world when no one actually believes it's possible, and the constant war and chaos would never end. With these feelings of hopelessness, Fresco never even bothered to consider the possibilities and was set to live his life as best he could in such a disastrous civilization.

Then came a strange dimension traveler by the name of Graffiti, who had been witnessing the events of the world for a few days with a sense of intrigue. He would approach Fresco and ask his feelings of his world and whether he wanted it to become paradise. Fresco admitted that he was anything but content about his life, but expressed his belief that paradise never truly existed. Hearing thise, Graffiti brought Fresco to visit a parallel world called Utopia, and witness the sights and sounds. In utter disbelief, Fresco was looking at everything as though it were new to him. Even the bright sun seemed new to him since his world always seemed shrouded in darkness and misery. Truly this was paradise!

But he could not stay. Graffiti told him that he needed to return. Fresco didn't want to, but knew deep inside that Utopia was not his home. Returning to Dystopia, Fresco looked again at his world and became even more depressed. Graffiti told him that achieving paradise in his own world was possible, but it required an unshaking devotion to make it happen. As Graffiti left for his home world, Fresco felt a compassion and a burning desire that he never felt before. He wanted to bring peace to Dystopia, and make it a paradise like Utopia.

Fresco would essentially be the only one to express this belief and fight for it, but his feelings would give him strength and courage he had never witnessed. Thus, his long and difficult adventure would begin.
