Anywho, it's the nameless hotel-guy from "The Ghost of Stephen Foster" by Squirrel Nut Zippers (you should be able to find it on YouTube). Being that he IS nameless, but he's just too great for that, my cohorts and I have named him "HisWholeHeadisBeard." All one word.
