After far tooooo long Cel Project is complete!
It's a simple hair moving, and eye-blinking stationary character and background... but it's helped me to understand the potential difficulties with my next animation project. Such as, what a pain it was to line the frames up (at first) and how agonizingly long it took to color each frame (though it should NOT have taken me so long).
The character is Stellar from my Sailor Moon RP Fic and she was completely handdrawn. I used MSPaint and Jasc Paint Shop pro to color both the foreground and the background.
Looks like a really windy day, doesn't it
