I finally finished one of my projects ^-^ I feel accomplished. But This would be my new character Asia. He's a Eastern dragon in his human form. I am working on his dragon form which will take time cause it's going to be really furry X_X but I hope it'll turn out well.
YES! I did a crappy background! Well it's better then some of the ones I've done of Grass.. X_X lolz. I like it though.

Though he sort of looks like he has antlers. I know you explained otherwise in your description it just sort of look like it.
