I LOVE this picture, Iworked hard on it too ^^
I only know how to do so much in photoshop, but you can see I made Neko in MS Paint, her blush in Photoshop (so easy anyone can do it) and the transparent Neko was made MS Paint, but the bg was photoshopped, I just filled it in pink and used the rose stamps
see very easy.
