My take on a photograph of the singer Doro Pesch taken during a live show. Inspired by her song 'I Rule the Ruins' I decided I'd turn her into a wilderness type ranger fantasy figure - prowling the fallen walls of some hillside settlement.

Have to say I'm really proud of this. I never could draw people so well. Maybe this is a turning point? We can only hope. Haven't a clue if any of you even know who she is, but I may try and do some other musicians who inspire me (and are pretty. eg. Tobias Sammet, Sabine Edelsbacher). So metal heads around here, if there are any, should watch this space :3
