Well what can I say? This is Caine. He is a Shark-Man! Er, actually no. This guy is more fierce then any man. As for strength, the phrase, "The strength of 10 men!" is an insult to this guy. That scar thing on his neck is actually part of his lungs. Yep! This guy can breath in the water and on land!
Now to the weapons. His weapon of choice is his Chain & Sickle (although I was in a hurry when I drew and the chain is actually much longer then that) but when he wants to get REALLY NASTY he just uses his tail. I'll report his wole bio and whatnot later.
Oh, yes! Sorry about them blotches and whatnot! Have know idea what happened there.

I haven't done anything like them and maybe they will prove to be a challenge, or maybe a dolphin anthro. Anyway wonderful job on the image
