Uhm, well I see some things that could be fixed. Even though it's lineless, try making it look more solid than how it is right now, he looks really mushy. Stronger shading could help with the piece. If there's flames coming from his feet, the flames themselves are a light source, so highlight maybe parts of his legs the sides of his shoes, the bottom of his tail, and maybe the tips of his porcupines.
Aside from what other people have said, you could also do more with the background, making the blue darker as it goes up or perhaps adding some clouds.
Aside from what else I told you about this picture, I really like what you did with the water. It's well done and I love the spots of darker blue you added.
