To clarify what Kieri means by calling Rhea her best friend: it's not that she likes Rhea more than Buwaro. It's that she likes them in different ways. At the same time, I like the idea of people calling their significant other their best friend. I guess in this case, that would make Rhea "Best Friend Who I Am Not Dating".
Lastly: Kieri politely tells Rhea to "butt out", Rhea concedes, but continues to be a pushy mother hen. |3
