I was drawing and his happened. hahaa. It's amazing I found the patience and the inpiration to color this. hahaha. Sorry if the water sucks, I don't know how to do water. Just this cheap cheater way in photoshop. ahaha. But until I learn how to do it my hand, this is how I'm doing water.

And, about the water, one thing that could help you get the basics (without Photoshop) would be looking at pictures for reference. Believe me, it helps tons!

aw, thats really cute :3 um, the perspective of the dock looks a little off...maybe making it a little flatter would help? lol, i dunno, i kind of suck at perspectives too...
