gotta say this right now, and i mean no ill will by it, but it could be better
i am glad you tried to do shading with the colouring, but it's too chaotic. the key to shading is to have a central light source, and to shade the areas that face away from that light source. also, when shading you have to be aware of complementary colours, meaning if you're gonna shade a white area, don't use brown. instead use the subtle yet darker shade of that colour, in this case it would be gray.
next is the arms. i gotta emphasize the proper indication of the elbow, and to make it halfway on the arms. and showing the soles of the feet is something i'd save until later when you're more advanced. as well the eyes. now, there's nothing wrong with big cute eyes, but there is a definite limit you have to be careful of, because going over that limit means the eyes just look awkward and silly, and not in the good way
granted you'll be able to break these rules artfully when you get better, but for now make sure you got the fundamentals down. and i apologize if this is harsher critique than usual but trust me when i'm saying that it's in good intentions. best of luck
