Detective Joseph Lancer Redesign:
The same deal as the others but this time it's Det.Joe Lancer. I Updated the back story, name and abilities for this OC. I am making an animation based on HHH Issue#1. I revamped his look to make him more simple and cartoony making him easier to animate.

P.S: He will still have his squinting, cool guy look but I drew him in a neutral pose for this one
