Just a little animation made with Pencil. Pencil is an open source (thus free) program which allows you to make traditional 2D animations very easily.
It's very easy to learn, very simple. It's not made as a substitute of flash or other more complex animation programs, though. There are many things (like automatic in-between tweening) that you can't do here. But you CAN make really good animations with it. You just gotta dedicate some time and patience to your work. The best part is, that the animations truly feel natural. You can see what I mean with this test.
