The idea here was that I thought the bulb on Bulbasaur's back looked a bit like a lotus blossom (confession: I really think that it looks like a garlic bulb, but that didn't get me anywhere) and from lotus I got to yoga and from yoga I got here.
Just in case you wondered how Bulbasaur wound up on the subcontinent.
Also, bonus points for whoever recognizes the attack she's using. (Okay, technically it's a Venusaur-level attack . . . but still!)

I like this. x3; I don't think I've ever seen a Pokemon human-ified, or if I did it was more like a 'costume' rather than a creative design. And I like that you chose to draw a person with dark skin. I don't see that often, especially in anime-related things 'cause if you watch anime you notice that the Japanese like pale skin. So, when I do see dark-skinned anime-esque drawings, I'm like "Oh, cool. O:!" Exciting.
