EDIT: Finally I can post this, simply because I'm using Internet Explorer. Sheezyart NEEDS to fix its submission system so it works in Firefox.
Sorry guys. I'm still learning and trying new things. Also I decided to take a detour and launch a new series of short comic strips. The hardest thing to do was introduce these characters in 5 panels. (if you don't recognise them, they're the ONLY characters I've made reference sheets for).
Just FYI, this strip was originally 8 panels, but I cut back because the panels got so small that I couldn't draw properly in them. So I cut out the main establishing shot (big mistake) and some other shots that disrupted the flow.
Also I've been learning about color theory and decided to give it a try (that's why everything looks so bland, because I'm using more faded colors that go better together without burning your eyes). This isn't a locked-off colour scheme (or location design) by the way, it's still prone to change.
Another big change is the fact I tried using the burn and dodge tools for shading most of it. In some panels I'm quite proud of how it turned out, but sometimes....ugh....it looks like a fuzzy steel wool ran over it. I never really used burn and dodge for shading, mainly because it requires you to paint ON a color, instead of having a separate layer that you can edit when you get it wrong. Also you can't "fill" areas with a burn or dodge. You have to do it all manually.
Lastly I attempted perspective and failed miserably. LOL! The shelf is lower in the last panel. It falls down! OMG.
For now it might be the last comic I make on real paper and scanned in. Next time I think I might attempt doing one in Artweaver.
Also the line in the last panel is a quote from the more recent "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" movie.
