A Parliament of Owls
from the House of Commons flew,
And dive-bombed the rodents in jest.
While their plumes were crooked,
their flight was straight and true:
Right back to the rat-financed nest.
Fun fact: a group of owls is actually called a parliament.
Less than fun fact: I just wrote a poem about British politics!
If this keeps up, before long I'll be fat and old, drawing cartoons about Gordon Brown's foreign policy.

You can't draw.
Or, at least, I assume not. Or you'd occasionally post drawings for the attention.
"Rat-financed": expenses scandal?
Fun poem, liked reading it, get the general gist if not the specific meaning of each line...
I already knew that about the owls.

I can imagine this on the next episode of "Have I got News for you". I'd imagine hislop would have fun with it.
