seriously, who dosn't love Shakespeare? i swear, every time i hear this quote, my mind... well... shifts to something like this. which is why i had to draw it...
honestly, after revisiting the story, i've come to the conclusion that Romeo and Juliet were the first ever emo couple. i mean, come on, Romeo's super depressed about Rosaline and wants to die because she dosn't love him the way he loves her. he meets Juliet and suddenly BAM they're in love, and then when he thinks he can't be with her he kills himself. and then Juliet turns around and does the EXACT SAME THING. (albeit with a different means.)
srysly. how emo is that?
okay, and kinda romantic, too... tragic romance... but can you imagine if they hadn't died? it would've been like, the first ever sitcom. full of inlaw jokes and the works.
alas in their deaths they spared us the horror...
