WARNING MAJOR SPOILER
God, I hate the fact that Kamina died. But what pains me even more is that they didn't really explain HOW he died. I mean is a single cut...REALLY enough to kill you? They had so many people there and even after the fight there was no medical assistance. So that's when it came to me. Wouldn't Simon at least try to wake him up...I think that's more heart wrenching when someone tries wake up their dead friend and in the end realizes it was for nothing. That simply makes it more dramatic. Ah...basically it really left me yearning to hear a lot more about their relationship. "Would simon really give up that easily?"

Kamina was hit by a blast and then pierced by Byakou's spear. I think it was better that they chose to only show after the others had realized he was dead.

A lot of oil seemed to come out of the back of the Gurren, which seemed to be around where Kamina's spine was. The major scream that pretty much froze everything was when he was cut in what seemed like the spine. But he was also slashed near the heart and lungs.

yeah that made me pissed to =( i kinda only started watchin it 4 episodes before that and he became my most fave character then out of nowhere he dies and the way the left off the one episode i couldn't tell wheather he was dead or gonna maytbe live DX but a week later it comes back and he's gone oh well amazing pic though both their emotions and the rain and blood is awsome
