This looks like a really great idea. After reading through, it kinda got my interest piqued.

Hmm...

I always wondered what it would be like to have a Pokemon game where the trainer actually tries to fight alongside his Pokemon rather than running around, issuing commands. That's just an idea of my own. Of course, the trainer would never reach the ultimate strength of a Pokemon, but can fight back rather than just "lose" when all usable Pokemon are out.
