I would actually like to see the suspenders done on khaki colors, personally. :3
And the shirt, I think, would look good in white/light blue with red stitching, along with red bows in her hair and white/light blue socks. For hair, I'd say... hrm... I see too much purple and blue in vis-nov's, maybe a dark green or a red, or even a very light pink...
She looks so adorable, I can't wait to see how you finish her
