This is based off one of my characters, Phytrixia Neptune. Used a mouse and photoshop to make it. This is pretty much her walking out of mist, but also looks like a shower in a way. Anyway, this took about a day to make, but even then I wasn't done getting in all the details. I'm pretty happy with how she came out though.
I'll get a pic with her info in the future. Since it shows more to her than her top half.
