I've already critiqued you, and
you have yet to take my advice.
Quit trying to use a brush to
change the pupil. Use the liquifying
tool. There is so much wrong with
this, I don't even know where
to begin:
1.] The coloring. Your coloring method
is extremely off. I assume you didn't even
use a separate layer to color the iris.
New layer, small soft brush, color it.
Put the layer on 'soft' and color it in, making
sure you erase the bad spots, like where
you don't want the color to be. After
getting it colored, duplicate that layer and
make it 'soft light' with an opacity of maybe
50% to give it a shine.
2.] The pupil. That needs so much work.
Stop using the brush. Use the liquifying
tool under your effects, or else it looks
absolutely goofy. The liquifying tool and
history brush is your absolute best friend
when it comes to changing the pupil.
3.] Use hue / saturation to take away some
of the color, flatten image, duplicate layer,
'soft light' 70%. It'll look a lot better, as a whole.
