Poor Meowth, my first concept was a sexy Egyptian temple girl (I always thought that coin was a cartouche*), then a greeter for a sushi restaurant (maneki neko-style), but she ends up being a clumsy casino waitress. She plots about one day using Pay Day on some of the machines, but she knows she'd never work up the nerve. Instead she schleps glasses of vino for the clientele, hoping to run into a rich producer-type with an eye for feline talent . . .
(And for those of you who haven't been to Las Vegas, this would be considered a demure outfit for a server.)
*According to Firefox's spellcheck, "cartouche" isn't a word. Up yours, Mozilla.
