, this is her character Kikyo. I re-did this picture twice, the first one was incredibly boring to look at, so I drew it again and attempted to get a little more depth and movement into it. I like how the hands and face came out but I have to admit the background and wind was rushed. I'm not entirely sure if I'm gonna stick to this coloring style. Sorry to her for this taking so long. Enjoy.

But I think that either the arm should be lower or the head more towards the right arm. The hair looks a little bit off; its looks like its been gelled almost; maybe try using less white shines and more greys. I really like how the wind came out; it feels a little misty :]
The eye itself seems nice, but the lids enveloping (ooh big word! lol) it seems a bit off (It doesn't look quite anime-ish, but it does look quite realistic either...) Anywhoo, looks great ;D I can tell yah spent awhile on this!

Great job! I love the clothes (as Emi pointed out) and the overall feeling and mood. ^-^ And also, (as Emi pointed out) I think that the right arm by itself is really good, but is a bit off when put together to the body; something like the shoulder being a bit high? Idk, but perhaps a goatee would fix that...(lol)

that girls forearm+hand are like a bajillion feet longer than her upper arm =p sorry thats the first thing i noticed. you can laugh that its way better than i could do
