Welcome Charmander, the newest Pokegal on the block.
The idea for her character is that she works as a magician's assistant, starring in her own sub-act as a fire-eater. (Inspired by the very saucy fire-eater in Penn&Teller's stage show, fwiw.)

REALLY nice! Kudos to the colored lines too :3
I think one thing kinda confuses me though. I'm not quite sure about the base of the tail, because it doesn't look like it's between her legs like a tail would be, but then again I don't know if it's meant to be on her side from how it could be attatched to the outfit <x3
Anyways though, I definitely promote this :3

I'm sort of reminded of Tex Avery's Red riding hood character when I look at her. She has some very attractive hips & legs,as well as very pretty eyes
