1 because you can see everything more clearly. (I think 2 would be better off as a base, then you could paint over it and actually make something even better than 1, but that's just me. You have some Kim Hyung-tae in you, eh? ;3)
Yeah, I notice Adobe tends to darken/change colors like that.
I think it's some common error, because it does it to me, and a lot of other people too. I saw there was a way to fix it, but I'm a lazy ass and can live with it.
