It's pretty good, but I think the face kind of looks a little 'conflicting'...Like the Nose, mouth, chin, neck and just about everything else looks more realistic while the Eyes look out of place...
If he's squinting, I think his eyes should be a little bit more open...I can't really pinpoint what's wrong with the eyes, but they do seem out of place...either that or the cheeks are a little too big
