the sword stand in action

ok well this pic might help clear up any questions some one might have had. but you know what? screw making a mold of this thing. i had planned to do that so that i could sell these. but hell no i would have to sell them at over $125 a stand to make even a little profit. (cost me a total of 102.50 to make this sob!!!) and im broke now because of it. but on a side not it was a lot of fun for 5.2lbs worth of product. god and its still not done. i have to finish shaping that top blade thats protruding out, i have to smooth the shield and back of it. i have to finish removing the leftover pieces of the gates. and all of this progress is 5-6 hours worth of cutting with a hacksaw and the filing down and using a chisel to remove some big thin strips. what a pain in the ass. but it works so its all good. also that is solid aluminum
