Hmmm....well, let's blow off the dust of my last critiquing, shall we? Man, being busy as heck sure ruined me. Ehem.
Well, originally, I thought her hand was backwards, until I realized that the arm was just in an odd position. Always remember the elbow at the half way mark. Or, if you're going for noodle arms, make sure the curve is flowing and smooth, yes?
The direction her eyes are going in confuses me. Remember that the pupil is in the center of the iris. So if anything would move most, it would be the colored part of the eye. Meaning, the blue of her eyes would be more upwards, and to the right.
Can't say much about the mouth, since I've seen that sort of thing before. So carry on there.
Let's see....you're getting better with the waistline here. But the breasts are a little weird. They should curve more than just sort of bulge. So, at the beginning, just add a slow curve inwards, and work your way out.
Last thing is, the arms seems a little detached from her body. Always remember the shoulders, no matter how annoying they may be at times.
