I made this series back in 2nd or 1st grade (1995-ish). Inspired by other crazy characters of the time like Earthworm Jim, Freakazoid, and Jim Carrey.
I made a whole comic series for this guy. Most of the stories were parodies of popular movies like Godzilla, King Kong, Dumbo, and the Wizard of Oz. And as you can see, it was quite goofy.
