This is a city in the mountainous region of the FVS world. It is unique because this city was carved out of a once great mountain. It is inhabited by both fish and sword alike. A Neutral town that focuses on commerce where travelers and merchants from all over would bring their wares here and sale their best supplies. Literally anything can be found here.

Then it's more like a refugee/runaway/commerce town right? Otherwise I don't see how they'd get along in there. :U

While I am loving the concept, try not to go overboard with the city creation.
created it. Where all sorts could travel to. There was also Kayne's Bar, which existed under a desert at the junction of the Fish, Dreadfish and Sword Borders.
I believe there was a mneutral city in the last war, run by a mercenary company
