Mature is for blood on the wall & floor, although it's not related to anything he's doing (at the moment) in the pic.

The blood on fall is nice, really nice. It suite the dark room so well, adding something dangerous to Reno´s hinting smirk (though he has nothing to do with the blood, as you said).
