I usually follow a policy of 'never-flame-the-same-person-twice', but i'm afraid this picture made me HAVE to break it. I can tell a difference between your last picture, the grass, however is very complex, and the hedgehog fan character is not. I hate OC's, I state that all the time, but this OC needs work on design AND creativity.
It's true not having outlines is very cool and it usually looks interesting, but this character either had them at first, or you just winged it. His body is very shiny, but it IS in the day, so i'll cut some slack there I suppose.
But the colors look rough without an outline, if thats what you were going for good work, but next time please try to make it look like you didn't just use markers and implanted flashlights into the paper.
