I don't remember Gir being gaudy and fan of Him, I don't like that musician, but on to the picture itself.
Every fan of Invader Zim remembers Gir and can draw him to some degree, did you just jump on the bandwagon of tacos and doom? Because it looks like it was made in a few seconds, maybe a minute. I truly miss people being able to tell how long pictures took to make, but now I get enjoy guessing and second guessing until I get the real answer, but the nest time you raw Gir, here are some tips.
1) His eyes are about 1/3 the size of his head, they take up a lot of space.
2) He has a metal compartment on his chest, you seem to have forgotten.
3) don't suck at what you draw
get art lessons from a friend or teacher, or heck, even private classes.
