Magical Effects.
Tried soft cell shading again. Didn't turn out too bad. It's really the hair that gives me the most trouble.... TT^TT I hate it. But the skirt looks awesome. One of the best uniform skirts I've ever drawn.
I get a Tokyo Mew Mew vibe from this picture, though. Can you see it? The shirt? EHHH??? EEEHHHHHH?!?
...you can tell what animal this is, right?
