I agree with sprite killer ^ Unless he's supposed to look feminine, try giving him a jaw with more angle to it like a dude. The V shape it's at now makes him look very womanly.
Also, maybe beef up the shoulders a bit. Guys have more bulk to their arms and right now the shoulders are 'slender' and drop off.

Try a stronger and more angular jaw, it may help.
