Sloppy Background.. Nyeehh..
Anyway.. I have spent the best part of 3 ish hours on this thing and I have to say... I am IMPRESSED.. I didnt think Ide ever acheive something like this.. Recently I thought my art was crappy... but this.. I think this is the best thing Ive ever bloody done!! Yeah It took a long time but then I suppose good art takes time and I always used to rush.. anyway! I hope you like it as much as I do

My eyes are screaming in pain, I don't care what program you used, but don't just mess around with colors that appear bright and appealing, if it's night time, and there is no noticeable moon, or source of light besides those glowing dots of eye sores, the colors should be MUCH darker, and whats worse is that you're clearly a Sonic OC, and I hate those, They lack creativity and Originality. My recommendation, Draw something better so my eyes don't decide to move out of my sockets, by next week, i'll be as blind as you are color blind.
