For those of you who recognize it, yes the title is taken from the poem She Walks in Beauty... I know, it's supposed to be cloudless and all... The picture kind of lost it's original intent of illustrating the poem through my crazy ideas
But I wanted to perfect my clouds/ skies and I've never done anything involving water before. AAANND I haven't done feathery wings since long before my art was good enough to post online, mainly because I realized that my art really wasn't good enough at that time and I discovered I sucked at wings
