Matelda Is A Pirate

In our Kingdom Hearts RP the gang is now in Port Royal and magic is used to give them more period styled clothing to fit in. Am I the only one that thought it was odd that in the actual Kingdom Hearts II game that Sora and Co. didn't change their clothing? You would think out of all the worlds that one would've required a clothing change! After describing my pirate outfit I decided to give a hand at actually drawing it. I almost gave up and threw this picture away out of disgust, but I'm glad I stuck with it because I'm actually quite in love with Matelda in this outfit. I also like that her necklace is actually visible in this outfit(she usually keeps the necklace hidden under her uniform). I admittedly haven't come up with an official design for the new sword Knave bought her so don't expect those colors to stay as they are. They too were changed for Port Royal. The glasses remain the same though.>.> I wonder if anyone there noticed that. I used 4 different browns in this outfit because I can and I felt it was necessary. The brown I used for the boots died though.T_T The red lace-up part of the vest was done in colored pencil on a side-note.

Lastly, I issue a challenge to my fellow RPers to draw their characters in their respective pirate garb!*points finger*
