White Almond cake with homemade raspberry filling between the layers and crusting butter cream icing. The piping around the bottom is t mimic the rank braids on the TOS uniforms and the colors and symbol represent the science officers.
Little known facts: Patches is REALLY into Trek..like since I was little AND loves cake decorating.
