Always One Slacker
No matter what construction project you go drive by, or work at, your always going to see what looks like one guy too many, and hes just standing around.
Now to be fair, he was waiting for them to pour, and he smoothed it out while they moved to the other side to poor it. So slacking in this photo only. And I think he was smiling for the photo too
