A painting hangs on an ivy wall
Nestled in the emerald moss
The eyes declare a truce of trust
then it draws me far away
deep in the desert twilight
Sand melts in pools of the sky
darkness lays her crimson cloak
lamps will call, call me home
Clothes inspired by a comission I recently purchased from
Drulle. Inspired by a Loreena Mckinnett song of the same name. Coloured sharpies, micron pen, crayola felts, pencil crayon, white gel, and whiteboard marker on copy paper.
For the love of Eisner it's two thirty AM and there's so many glaring flaws on this picture I just
Pthhhhhhhhhhhh
Edit: It's come to my attention that when I draw Cypress the character it is a self portrait. It's not, I'm not him even if my Sheezy username is Cypress. He's his own character, and I'm a caffine addicted comic monkey.

As many flaws as there might be here, dear, its still a nice take on the design. Plus the kismet-style coloring isn't bad either. It could stand to be a bit more simpler though for that look you intended. Maybe flat colors when you try it, shading only when needed.
