That little palm hump you've drawn suggests a specific hand shape exists, but there's nothing else on the other side of the "wrist?" to support this. It looks to be a long wing-like appendage with claws on the end, but that "palm hump" throws it off. I suggest either making it have a more pronounced hand, or just drop that "palm hump" altogether.
I dig the design though, and the colors work fairly well. Is this for anything in particular?
