We know Vaati is a crazy power seeking guy, so I'm sure he wouldn't let go of this opportunity if he ever heard about the 7 Dragon Balls legend. *nods*

I used a lot of digital effects, I am like in the spree of "wow, photoshop can do that"? and so I experimented a lot with it for this drawings. I am very happy with the result.

I might edit it to add the stars.
