Ghosts: Untold stories

"Do you know why people fear me. Do you know why they run?" The blade ran deep, pertruding from the left ribcage, only an inch above the heart. The warm blood trickling across his skin and melting the snow before freezing solid in the ivory wastes.

"Did you even think for a moment I could be killed with a simple thrust?" he twists the blade, the scraping of metal against bone was strong enough to send chills through your spine. a splatter of blood flew into the air, falling back to the ground as ice crystals.

He withdraws the blade, a moment of relief is soon replaced with agonising pain. The sensation of which can only be described as a frozen flame pressed inside your body filled him with suffering. A tear formed on in his eye, only to freeze solid halfway down his cheek.

He fell back, looking up at the clouded sky, eyelids just touching to allow faint images to be seen. The outline of a cloaked figure stood over him as the snow he laid on numbed his pain. He could no longer feel his body, it was no longer his.

"You are a broken soul, a shattered image of your former self." The cloaked figure moved closer, sheething his blade and pushing his garments aside. The winds lapping at the beings metal features. No face could he see, but a mask as cold as steel, and a black as the night.

He felt movement through his body, another figure, larger and more formidable in his blurred sights. Only able to turn his head and see a metal beast now cradling his broken torso and limbs. His site left him, a hand he could feel placed upon his forehead.

"Do not worry young Grey. I shall forge your body anew."
