Yay! Finally found a fractal I'm happy with to submit to The Fractal Faction's competition, theme: Flying. I wish it was more substantial and actually had the proper shape of a wing but there you go - can't win 'em all.
Actually I'm just glad that I finally managed to render something I liked for the competition, even if it's not my best work.

Very elegant. Looks like a ball or mass of energy, forming wings as if it's just taken life. It has a sense of personification in it and certainly has "potential" as in it could move or perform an action at any moment.
