a kuchisake-onna is a spirit from Japanese folklore. she is a very beautiful woman who cheats on her husband and he cuts her from ear to ear (lol joker) and tells her nobody will ever love her with a face like that.
so at night they say she walks around in a surgical mask and ask people if shes beautiful and most would say yes (she was very pretty with the mask on) but then shed take the mask off and ask again, now if you say "no" shell kill you on the spot with a pair of scissors BUT if you say "yes" shell follow you home and kill you there! (thats so beat xD)
other stories say if you say "yes" shell give you a blood soaked ruby and walk away or you can ask her if she thinks your pretty then shell get confused and walk away lol
