I've lost a lot of confidence with pencil crayons these past few months as I've just been going through so much crap its unbelievable. (Journal coming soon..)
I'm trying to get back on track by doing a few little sketches to get me back into the swing of it. Hopefully I will feel a lot better about drawing again soon.
Not great but what the hell. I want to improve this a lot. It's already been tweaked slightly to start off with. I just want to see what I'm doing wrong.

His forehead and square head in general was annoying me, so I rubbed it all out and fixed it. Added a little more detail to his shirt and highlights.
So no Photoshop fixing this time.

Looks great. You really captured the details of his face. My only thought is that the perspective seems a lil off. I can't pin point it but maybe it's because you were drawing at an angle that his head doesn't look quite right on the body.
