Right... so I am aware that to learn to draw more effectively, I should try different styles of things such as eyes and bodies and what-not. And well, I recently watched Digimon Season Four. I had never been a fan of Digimon... but that season wasn't terrible. So I kind of used Tommy like a model and drew this... stylizing it somewhat. I think it actually turned out really cute!
And for those of you who are going to recommend realism...
I know realism is a part of art and will get around to that. I'm really just dabbling in simple styles for now... and when I'm more comfortable with simple stuff, I'll get more elaborate. (Because hey, I can't even shade properly yet.)
